DAY 11. I LOVE MY LIFE. (WRITING EXERCISE).
(I loved doing this and I think you will too.)
I want you to pick a time of day that is the most calming and peaceful for you. We all have *favorite* times of day. I love the early morning right as the sun is rising, 6pm magic hour when my apartment is filled with that honey brown, warm evening sun, and the occasional 2-3am when it feels like I'm the only one in the world who's awake..
Whatever your *time* is, I want you to clear your schedule and turn off your phone and make sure you have at least an hour or two to do this. You are going to write a journal entry in the future. Every little detail about your family, your work, your day to day, your friends, how you look and feel, where you live.. go as deep into detail as you can and savor the words and sentences as you write them. The dream life you imagine is very attainable but you need to visualize it first.
When I did this I think I wrote like 5 pages front and back. I couldn't stop! After, read it out loud a few times. In your head, out loud.. picture the little details in your head and you say them back to yourself. Then place it somewhere precious where you can go back and read it or even revise it if you need to. (I pinned mine on my vision board).
To me this is just as important as any of the steps you may take to plan for your future. If not the most important because how do you plan for your future if you don't know what it is you want? You might not know exactly how you're gonna get there but, those blanks will fill in along the way.
