I don’t do any running anymore it is extremely hard on your entire body. I do the stationary bike and circuits of different arm/core/leg/ass exercises. Usually anywhere from 5-10 exercises, 30 seconds on, 10 seconds off, 3 times in a row. I do use SPF when I tan. 50 on my shoulders and chest and face and nuthin down below. My tummy and legs never burn.
