Just gotta stay consistent! Drink lots of water, stay consistent in the gym, less carbs and eating late. It’ll fall off just gotta be realistic with yourself. ie. stay consistent for longer than a couple of weeks and you will absolutely see a change. Once you see change, you won’t stop ;-)
Q: How do you maintain your shape? I'm petite as well and I've been fit my whole life but I've gained a little weight and now it's hard as hell to get rid of. Any tips?
