Literally just that. Consistency. If you build a routine for a month, I promise you’ll feel awful if you stop. I have been consistent in my routine for at least 4 years now and even before I lived in LA, a similar routine. You need to stick to it. No tips. Just do it!
Q: I admire your drive/dedication toward your passion and fitness so much! I'm trying to embrace a healthier lifestyle but I struggle with reverting to my old ways when I get stressed (or just downright lazy). I know that at the end of the day I have to work on my consistency, but do you have any tips?
