Q: What is your workout routine because your body is amazing

I switch it up every day but mostly 20-40 minutes of cardio (running is my favorite but I also love the stationary bike for butt and thighs) and then I do a 5-8 workout “routine” in which I pick 5-8 exercises and do them for 40 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 3 rounds. Download the app Tabata on your iphone to help time you. I alternate every day between ass/legs and abs/arms/core. Sometimes I skip cardio and just do the circuit on Tabata for 20 min.
